Please use the information below to assist you in completing some of the required fields in the Guest registration form. If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to register in GIS again.

Visit Justification: Attend RBRC Workshop: JETOBS20 Workshop – The focus of the workshop is on theoretical developments for e+A physics, the status of Monte Carlo tools, current Monte Carlo studies with jets & proposed new jet observables, leading to experimental & theoretical developments for the EIC.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) form by June 25, 2020 and be approved before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely (virtual attendance). It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.

Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
