Workshop Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Ithaca and will be held until the reservation deadline: September 19, 2026.
All unclaimed rooms will be released after the reservation deadline and made available for general sale. The Hilton Garden Inn will continue to accept reservations from attendees after the cut-off date based on availability. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to date of arrival.

Guests must provide the following group name "MODA26" to receive the group rate of $144 US. This ensures that guests are charged properly, and the workshop guestroom block is credited.
Transportation information for the workshop hotel (Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Ithaca).
- Hilton Garden Inn will be offering round-trip Airport Shuttle service from Ithaca Airport. Please coordinated this with the hotel desk prior to your flight.
- During the week of the workshop, the Hilton Garden will offer "to and from" shuttle service from the hotel and the venue as needed and must be coordinated with the hotel desk the evening prior.
- The hotel offers free parking garage for those who have a rental car.
- For International travelers, besides flight connection at JFK or LGA, there are bus companies offering rides from NYC to Ithaca. Busses take about 4.5 hours, not including the bus from the airport to bus station. Preferred would be the Campus-to-Campus (C2C), FlixBus, Coach USA,Megabus, Greyhound.
