Transportation

Transportation information for the workshop hotel (Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Ithaca).

  • Hilton Garden Inn will be offering round-trip Airport Shuttle service from Ithaca Airport. Please coordinated this with the hotel desk prior to your flight.
  • During the week of the workshop, the Hilton Garden will offer "to and from" shuttle service from the hotel and the venue as needed and must be coordinated with the hotel desk the evening prior.
  • The hotel offers free parking garage for those who have a rental car.
  • For International travelers, besides flight connection at JFK or LGA, there are bus companies offering rides from NYC to Ithaca. Busses take about 4.5 hours, not including the bus from the airport to bus station. Preferred would be the Campus-to-Campus (C2C), FlixBus, Coach USA,Megabus, Greyhound.

Workshop Accommodations

The workshop will have a hotel room block reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Ithaca with limited rooms at the negotiated rate. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.
