Please use the information below to assist you in completing some of the required fields in the Guest registration form. If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to register in GIS again.

Visit Justification: Attend 2019 NLLC & STIP Working Meeting – The contents of the workshop focuses on DOE/OSTI progress, Lab site reports, Public Access Updates, Contractor meetings, STIP Orientations for new STI Managers, Year in Review and Look Ahead, Meet & Greets, Site Roundtables, Lab Benchmarking and more.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) form by April 15, 2019 and be approved before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely (virtual attendance).

Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens

Attendees will not be allowed on-site if their BNL appointment is expired!

Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active (up to date) BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.

Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center (www.bnl.gov/guv/) located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification (www.bnl.gov/guv/ID.asp).
