Abstract Submission Guidelines

The instructions below will guide you through the abstract submission process.

How to Submit An Abstract

Please read the following.

Anyone interested in presenting at NYSDS 2026 is invited to submit an abstract using the "Apply Now" button shown below.
The final decision for oral or poster presentations will be made by the program committee. Accepted abstracts will be considered for either a short oral presentation or a poster.
All abstracts must be submitted online by August 15, 2026.
All applicants will receive notification of acceptance by August 25, 2026.

Important Dates

July 13, 2026	Abstract submission for an oral/poster presentation opens
August 15, 2026	Deadline to submit an abstract for an oral/poster presentation
August 25, 2026	Notification of accepted for oral presentations (by e-mail)
