Testiing and screening of 880 RHIC quench protection diodes
RHIC corrector fabrication using ultrasonic bonding on 4 axis motion controlled platforms.
Direct wind expertise used to fabricate superconducting magnets for CERN, IHEP, KEK, DESY, RHIC using a 10 axis motion platform.
Designed the NSLS2 cable tray system to meet the NEC. Developed all the wiring for the scientific side of the machine, all wire pull instructions, all magnetic polarity check sheets, and all grounding and bonding guides.
Gave 6 engineering seminars : RHIC quench protection diodes, Direct wind technology, Insertion device motion control problems, NSLS2 water electrolysis remediation, Designing NSLS2 using the National Electric Code, and the RHIC feedthrough forensic analysis.
