I facilitate projects across the Laboratory to optimize operations with a focus on process improvement. I work with project teams and various stakeholders to understand the problem, develop current state (as is) process maps, identifity opportunities to streamline processes, create future state (to be) process maps, and assist with implementing these improvements as well as monitoring & controlling the enhanced process. 

I also support quality assessments and other institutional efforts as needed.
