Summary

Describes methods of producing polymer-based membranes for high H₂ permeability, and high H₂/CO₂ selectivity that are stable at high temperature (e.g., 200^oC). The successful commercial development of this technology will potentially lead to gas separation membranes for a low cost and energy efficient separation of hydrogen purification and CO₂ capture from fossil fuel derived power plants.
