Accommodations

This event will have a hotel room block reserved with limited rooms at the negotiated rate. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.

Banquet Dinner

Registered participants are invited to attend the banquet dinner at the workshop venue, Atlantis Hotel and Conference Center, Coliseum Room on Thursday, December 11, 2025, 5-8 p.m.

NSLS-II Facility Tour

Registered participants can tour the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II), a state-of-the-art, 3 GeV electron storage ring designed to deliver world-leading intensity and brightness on Friday, December 12, 2025, 1:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.

As one of the newest, most advanced synchrotron light sources in the world, it can create light beams 10 billion times brighter than the sun. These light beams are then directed towards specialized experimental stations called beamlines. Bus transportation will be provided from Atlantis Hotel and Conference Center/Brookhaven Lab.
