On behalf of the Association for Students and Post-docs at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2019 Early Career Researcher Symposium (ECRS), which will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2019. This is the eighth event of its kind at BNL (formerly known as Young Researcher Symposium or YRS), and we look forward to building lasting relationships with local, national, and international sponsors and attendees.
BNL is one of the largest centers of scientific research in New York State and is host to seven Nobel Prizes, 1,500 scientists, 2,500 guest scientists, and 300 early career scientists. This symposium highlights the outstanding work of the postdoctoral scholars and graduate students from wide range of disciplines who perform research at the Lab. ECRS 2019 offers local, national, and international sponsors and attendees the opportunity to network with an anticipated 500 scientists throughout the day, as well as the highly talented early career researchers. You will have an opportunity to attend talks about all areas of BNL's research programs, and even have a direct recruiting line for future or current job opportunities.

General Sponsorships
Platinum Sponsorship ($900)
All the benefits of Gold, plus a half-page advertisement in the meeting
program book.
Gold Sponsorship ($600)
All the benefits of Silver, plus an individual vendor table present
during the poster/exposition session and throughout the day in the main
lobby. We are happy to set up your vendor table if you prefer not to
send personnel.
Silver Sponsorship ($300)
Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the main auditorium
throughout the day, in on-the-day printed materials, and on our website.
Bronze Sponsorship
Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the main auditorium
throughout the day, in on-the-day printed materials, and on our website.

Presentation Award Sponsorship ($600)
All the benefits of Silver, plus acknowledgement of your sponsorship
during the award ceremony. This is an exclusive option.
Coffee and Cookie Sponsorship ($700)
Coffee and light snacks are served in the lobby during the
afternoon. All the benefits of Gold, plus your organization name
listed alongside the reception in all schedules and programs and
signs posted during the reception acknowledging your sponsorship. This is an exclusive option.
Breakfast Sponsorship ($800)
Coffee and light breakfast are served in the lobby during
the morning. All the benefits of Gold, plus your organization name
listed alongside the reception in all schedules and programs and
signs posted during the reception acknowledging your sponsorship. This is an exclusive option.
Evening Reception Sponsorship ($5000)
The symposium culminates in an evening networking reception,
including food and beverages. All the benefits of Platinum, plus
your company name listed alongside the reception in all schedules
and programs and signs posted during the reception acknowledging
your sponsorship. This is an exclusive option.
All symposium registrations for sponsors will include the evening reception, coffee breaks, and Symposium materials. Lunch is excluded.
Payment Information
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Make checks payable to "Brookhaven Science Associates or BSA" and reference "ASAP-ECRS" on the bottom of your check. Please mail a check for your sponsorship to:
