Professional Development Workshops for Teachers

We are an approved Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) Sponsor, providing high-quality professional development opportunities for K–12 educators. Our sessions are designed to strengthen STEM content knowledge, support effective classroom practice, and connect teachers with the innovative research and resources of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, educators gain tools and insights that enhance instruction and inspire student learning.

Sensors in the STEM Classroom - [Register Now] 

Build the skills needed to integrate technology and coding techniques into scientific investigations across STEM subject areas.

SciEd Day 

Discover practical ways to bring current science into your classroom and engage students at every level.

Student Partnerships for Advanced Research and Knowledge (SPARK) 

Conduct hypothesis-driven research through collaborations with scientific experts at Brookhaven Lab.  

Open Space Stewardship Program (OSSP) 

Participate in environmental research on community property owned by either a public or private agency.

Pre-Service Teachers - [by request, groups only]
