Explore the Future Electron-Ion Collider on Aug. 2

The public is invited to explore the future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) during the Explore Brookhaven Lab open house tour on Sunday, Aug. 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT.
The "Fascinating Physics" event will feature exhibits and activities highlighting the EIC and the Tandem Van de Graaff facility.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn how the EIC will help scientists unlock the secrets of protons and neutrons while meeting the researchers and engineers behind the Lab's next-generation collider. Admission is free.
