Reservation Information

Registered participants should not call the workshop hotel to make their room reservation. The workshop coordinator will prepare a room list for the Danfords Hotel & Marina based on your registration information.

Please contact Colleen Michael by sending an email to cmichael@bnl.gov after you have registered to make your room reservation.

Reservation Details: The workshop will cover your accommodations for three nights (March 29-31) at Danfords Hotel & Marina and will direct bill BNL for payment (does not include hotel incidentals). Complimentary breakfast for those staying at the workshop hotel.

Note: BNL participants who wish to stay at the workshop hotel must pay their room reservation using personal funds. The workshop cannot cover their accommodations .

Location: The Danfords Hotel & Marina is located at 25 East Broadway in Port Jefferson.
