General Lab Information

Brookhaven National Lab follows the nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory.

Competition Registration

All teachers must submit a registration form in order to participate in this competition. Please, submit one registration per school. All fields are required and must be completed unless marked as optional. Please contact the competition coordinator if you cannot register online or if you have any questions about the competition. There is no registration fee for this competition.

  • Today is Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
  • Registration closes on Friday, March 13, 2026.
  • All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
