Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman
WASHINGTON, DC - On Friday, June 2, 2006, U.S. Secretary of Energy Samuel W. Bodman will visit and tour the Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, New York. Following the tour, Secretary Bodman will participate in a photo opportunity with students who recently participated in the National Science Bowl®, as well as local students who participate in Brookhaven's Office of Educational Programs (OEP). OEP is designed to engage students in educational events and research opportunities with Brookhaven Laboratory, a program also supported by the American Competitiveness Initiative.
