Terms and Conditions

In accordance with our Prime Contract, applicable laws and regulations, and the policies of Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), all of our contracts and purchase orders must incorporate appropriate terms & conditions (T&Cs), which define BSA's and the supplier's rights and obligations. PPM establishes standard sets of T&Cs for specific procurement types, as well as several supplemental sets of T&Cs addressing specific issues. Following are the latest versions of our standard and supplemental T&Cs.

The Procurement and Property Management (PPM) Division at Brookhaven National Laboratory works with external vendors and suppliers to provide internal customers with timely, cost-effective procurement and property management services in support of the Laboratory's science mission and in accordance with the Prime Contract, applicable statutes and regulations, and with the highest ethics and standards.
