QIS 303: Quantum Error Mitigation
QIS 303 offers an overview of the leading techniques for mitigating and suppressing errors that can arise during quantum calculations. Students will explore how these techniques have enabled noisy quantum devices to perform successful computations — and how they will continue to improve performance as the field progresses towards fault-tolerant quantum computing.
