Project Management Coordinator, Project Management, Planning, Performance & Quality Mgmt Office
I’m currently working on tracking the cost and schedule for all the Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP) across the Laboratory, with the guidance of senior project specialist Pete Selgrad. This effort was created to satisfy a PEMP Notable from the DOE. I work with different project managers, PI’s as well as the SPP Office to develop and implement a monitoring plan for individual Strategic Partnership Projects work scope, agreement expirations, and funding period of performance. By developing an internal tracking tool and satisfying the PEMP Notable we collect quarterly project status, we calculate simple EVMS calculations to help guide these projects and project team to full project success.
-In addition, I also help with supporting the Groundwater Protection Group and maintaining their work scope baseline LTS. During this time I have assisted with the initial development for the estimate on DOE project, Emerging Containments in Proposal Workbook and P6 schedule.
Conducted research of Merchants Auto’s management processes in Manchester, New Hampshire. Here I studied their management processes to identify efficient, effective, and quality-oriented services and overall operations. The research helped maximize operational excellence.
-I interned at BNL during the summer of 2016 within the Supplementary Undergraduate Research Program (SURP). I organized project team meetings and collaborated with the Facility Project Managers (FPM) within Facility & Operations department. My research study was on the Documentation of HVAC Systems across, at the time South Complex of Laboratory. During this time, I gained experience using AutoCAD and the Business Control System, Automatic Logic Control. Here I completed over 400 project hours within a 10-week time frame.
- For 2 years, recent time, I managed the front operations for Lombardi’s Love Lane Market as well as coordinating and directing numerous catering events on the east end of Long Island. Here I worked with multiple wineries and small businesses on weddings, private club events, showers and more.
-For more than 8 years I have managed the daily operations and projects for multiple local businesses for the east end of Long Island. Businesses such as Harbes Family Farm and Hallock’s Cider Mill.
