How We Connect with Small Business

Connecting with small businesses is an integral part of the Strategic Partnerships mission at Brookhaven National Laboratory. We host these partnerships through federal- and state-supported programs that interested small businesses may qualify for. The list of programs includes, but is not limited to, those run by the U.S. Economic Development Administration, Long Island High Technology Incubator, New York Small Business Administration, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. A comprehensive list of programs with links to the organizations’ websites can be found at https://www.bnl.gov/techtransfer/small-business.php. These programs assist with business plan development, marketing strategies, and facilities to develop products and conduct business. In conjunction with these programs, Brookhaven Lab can provide state-of-the-art facilities and renowned researchers to help accelerate small businesses.  If you are interested in collaborating with Brookhaven National Laboratory, visit https://www.bnl.gov/science/capabilities.php and review our capabilities.
