The conference is limited to 100 participants. The registration fee will cover 5-nights lodging at The Crowne Plaza Lake Placid as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Parking and high-speed internet.access are also included.

The total cost begins at single rate of $1,200.77 US or double occupancy rate of $921.10 US (including taxes) and varies depending on lodging preferences. Interested participants are encouraged to register early.

• Reservations received after the conference room block is full or after Friday, December 6, 2019 will be accepted on an availability basis.
• Cancellations must be received by Sunday, December 22, 2019. Deposits will not be refunded after that date.
