Workshop Registration

This workshop is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

• Today is Sunday, December 28, 2025.
• Early registration is $130 US and $100 US for students. Deadline for completion is March 15, 2026.
• General registration is $180 US and $150 US for students, begins March 16, 2026.
• Registration fee includes: logistics, coffee breaks, banquet dinner and workshop materials
  • BNL Attendee (Empl/Postdoc/Stud): coffee breaks, and workshop materials. The banquet is excluded.
• Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
• All non-U.S. citizens must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by April 15, 2026 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in-person or viewing the event remotely or using Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
• U.S. citizens who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must also complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by May 11, 2026 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
