Accommodations

This event will have a hotel room blocks reserved with limited rooms at the negotiated rate. Participants should make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. When booking your reservation, you may need to guarantee your room with a credit card. Remember to ask about their cancellation policy and if they offer shuttle service.

Event Access for Non-U.S. Citizens

Non-U.S. citizens must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this workshop.

It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS.

U.S. citizens who are planning to use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS).

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
