Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the government rate at the Silver Cloud Inn, University District and will be held until the reservation deadline: July 15, 2024 and by 3:00 pm.
All unclaimed rooms will be released after the reservation deadline and made available for general sale. The Silver Cloud Inn will continue to accept reservations from attendees after the cut-off date based on availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to date of arrival.
Direct reservations at the group rate of $232 US can be made online by following the directions below:
- Click the "Reserve Room" button below.
- Enter your arrival and departure dates within the contracted date range, August 12-16, 2024 and the number of guests. Click on "Check Availability."
- Select your preferred room type and click "Reserve." You will then will get a prompt to enter your billing information.
- To complete the reservation, select "Make Reservation." An e-mail confirmation will follow.

Guests must provide the following group name "BNL ModSim Workshop August 2024" to receive the group rate of $232 US. This ensures that guests are charged properly, and the workshop guestroom block is credited.
