Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by July 3, 2024 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens who have a valid and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
