On behalf of the local Organizing Committee we invite you to participate as a Sponsor or Exhibitor at the 4th International Conference on Resonant Elastic X-ray Scattering (REXS 2019) on June 17–21, 2019.

The goal of the conference is to bring together the expanding REXS community, for sharing recent scientific achievements, reporting on current experimental capabilities, and discussing future challenges and opportunities.

REXS 2019 is your opportunity to learn new scientific discoveries and latest developments in REXS instrumentation, experimental approaches and future directions in the field, and to showcase your Company's products and capabilities.

Exhibit Layout and Hours

The exhibition space will be set up in the upstairs foyer of the Atlantis Marine World Aquarium and Exhibition Center (see floor plan below), centrally located between the conference room and the poster session area. The poster session and coffee breaks will be held nearby for easy communication between exhibitors and participants. The exhibition is fully integrated into the conference activities.

  June 17, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (It is recommended that the exhibitor setup is complete by 3:00 PM since the Welcome Reception is scheduled to begin in the early afternoon.
• Exhibition Hall Open
  Monday, June 17, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  Tuesday, June 18, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  Wednesday, June 19, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (due to banquet & NSLS-II tour)
  Thursday, June 20, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Booth Dismantling
  Friday, June 21, all exhibits should be dismantled by 1:00 PM sharp

Exhibitor Registration Fees and Amenities

Exhibitor Space ($1500 US): Includes 6' x 2.5' table/area (tabletops should not exceed 6' in length, including the table); wireless internet access at the booth; one (1) conference registration (includes (4) breakfasts, (3) lunches, coffee breaks, NSLS-II facility tour, and conference materials).

Space is limited, so act quickly. When you register as an exhibitor, the information provided will be included in your company profile form and will contain the information necessary to meet your exhibit requirements at the meeting and for advertising purposes. To insure that you get your space please submit payment as early as possible. Tables will be assigned when payment is received.

Important Notes:

• Additional exhibitor associates are required to register as a General Attendee.
• To further raise the profile of your company, please consider a sponsorship opportunity. Note: This will be an additional cost.

General Terms

• For each booth reserved, payment is required with reservation. Payment must be made in US dollars as noted in the Registration Form or by credit card.
• Refund Policy: An administration fee of $250 will be withheld for any cancellation received in writing prior to April 14, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.
• The conference reserves the right to approve the character of any display and to prohibit any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
• During the hours the exhibit is open, each booth must be attended by persons technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
• The use of dangerous material or inflammable fluids is forbidden.
