Poster Size
Posters should be no larger than 3 feet wide by 4 feet high, using PORTRAIT
orientation. DO NOT EXCEED THIS SIZE. Easels cannot accommodate larger sizes
or landscape orientation. The poster must be contained on one sheet of paper
or poster board.
Poster Preparation
All illustrations, charts, and text materials to be posted must be prepared
in advance of the meeting. Duplicating and graphic arts facilities will not
be available during the meeting.
Poster Setup
All posters must be setup before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17. A supply of
push pins and Velcro will be available in the poster set-up area. Poster
boards will also be available.
Poster Session
The Poster Session will be held on Tuesday, June 18 at 6:30 p.m. on the
Terrace Room and is located in close proximity to the vendor exhibit.
Judging of the posters will take place during the Poster Session. Presenting
authors must be present during this time.
Poster Removal
All posters must be taken down no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20.
At Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) sponsored events, discriminatory behavior or harassment of conference participants or presenters will not be tolerated.
