General Lab Information

Brookhaven Lab enforces nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory. Age Exception

Meeting Registration

This meeting is open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend. There is no registration fee for this meeting.

  • Today is Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
  • Included in registration:
    • General Attendees, General Students, DOE Attendee (Labs & HQ), Invited Speakers: welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch, and meeting materials.
    • BNL Attendee (Empl/Postdoc/Stud): welcome reception, coffee breaks, and meeting materials. Lunch is excluded.
  • Registration closes on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
  • All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
