2026 UEC Election Voting - Test Mode Enabled

Voting Requirements

Only Physics, EIC and Collider-Accelerator Department employees and guests who are registered as a facility user can register to vote. If you are an employee and not registered as a facility user, please visit PeopleSoft HR and follow these instructions:

• Open PeopleSoft HR and sign-in
• Click Employee Self-Service > Personal Information > Register as facility user
• Look up and select your Facility and Facility Code
• Check Primary Exp.
• The Effective Date Eff Date will automatically be inserted
• Save, sign-out, close, and proceed to vote

In order to access the UEC 2026 Election Voting Registration System, you must provide your BNL Employee/Guest ID Number and birth year, then press the [Continue] button. If you do not have a BNL Employee/Guest ID Number, please contact the meeting coordinator.
