Recommend the resource(s) to others and discuss your reflections, questions, and what you learned. Focus on questions like the following.

- What does an Inclusive Workplace look like?
- What inclusive behaviors do you demonstrate to ensure an inclusive workplace?
- Think of a time when you could have been more inclusive in your approach to work/building new relationships/managing a project/managing people, etc. What would you do differently?
- Think of a time when you demonstrated Inclusive Leadership? How did it impact a work situation? The individual? Your team?
- What are some things you can do to be more inclusive?
- Discuss with a colleague how will you intentionally apply what you learn on the job.

Find an accountability partner; someone you can check in with periodically to continue the discussions, role play real life scenarios.
Seek feedback from them and others; ask, “how am I doing” through the lens of this theme? Do you see the changes I said I would make? What's been the observable impact?
