Presenter Information

Accepted presenters are asked to follow the guidelines below when producing a presentation for NOBUGS 2018.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A.

Poster Presentations

Size - Posters should be no longer than 3 feet wide by 4 feet high, using PORTRAIT orientation. DO NOT EXCEED THIS SIZE. Easels cannot accommodate larger sizes or landscape orientation. The poster must be contained on one sheet of paper or poster board.

Preparation - All illustrations, charts, and text materials to be posted must be prepared in advance of the meeting. Duplicating and graphic arts facilities will not be available during the meeting.

Setup - The Poster Session will be held in the first floor lounge area of Chemistry building, 555. All posters must be setup before the 12:00 pm lunch break on Monday, October 22. A supply of pushpins and velcro will be available in the poster set-up area.

The posters must be available for viewing during the coffee breaks and lunches on Monday – Wednesday.

Removal - All posters must be taken down by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 24.
