If you have a current Brookhaven Lab appointment and a valid Brookhaven Lab Guest Number or you have a pending Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by February 20, 2023 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in person. It is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in GIS. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens who have a valid and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
