General Lab Information

Brookhaven Lab enforces nationwide identification requirements for federal site access. Anyone 18 years of age and older must have a valid REAL ID, Enhanced ID, Passport or one of these alternate forms of ID to gain access to the Laboratory. Age Exception

Summit Registration

This summit is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend. There is no registration fee for this summit.

  • Today is Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
  • Included in registration: Lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and summit materials
  • Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
    • Registration closes for non-U.S. citizens on Monday, April 27, 2026.
      • Non-U.S. citizens who do not have a valid Brookhaven Lab guest appointment must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by April 27, 2026 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) to attend this event.
      • A link to the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form will be provided to you after you have completed the online registration form.
    • All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).
