The Charles B. Wang Center at Stony Brook is in the center of the campus. The campus can be reached by car from the Long Island Expressway (LIE, Exit 62, going north on CR 97 to the main entrance of the Campus - about 20 minutes from the LIE). A parking garage is available immediately after the entrance and the Charles B. Wang Center is directly adjacent to it. To find the campus via GPS, enter the address "100 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794."
If you come by railroad from New York City, take the Long Island Railroad's Port Jefferson line from Penn Station to the Stony Brook Station, which is located at the edge of campus. From there walk 5 minutes to the Charles B. Wang Center. Schedule and fare information.
Summit Access for Non-U.S. Citizens
Non-U.S. citizens must complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this summit.
If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.
Accommodations
All Science and Engineering Development Program (SEDP) participants attending the Summit will have complimentary accommodations at Holiday Inn Express. Participants should not contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

At Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) sponsored events, discriminatory behavior or harassment of conference participants or presenters will not be tolerated.
Evening Event
Registered participants are invited to attend a reception and dinner from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025 in the Zodiac Lounge, located in Stony Brook University's Charles B. Wang Center. There is no cost to attend. Directions
Visa Information
Participants should check if they require a visa to enter the United States on the U.S. Department of State's U.S. Visas website.
Foreign travelers, who are citizens from certain eligible countries, may also be able to visit the U.S. for business (e.g., attend a scientific conference) or tourism for 90 days or less without a visa if they meet the Visa Waiver Program requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization online through ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).
