Visit Justification: Attend Users Meeting – This meeeting will offer scientists from diverse disciplines an opportunity to share their work and discuss new results and advances in experimental capabilities in synchrotron radiation and nanoscale science research.

*Note: If you are a speaker, you must provide your draft presentation title in the justification. If you are using onsite accommodations, you must indicate that you will be lodging onsite during the event.

Important Notice: All guests must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by April 15, 2024 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can use Brookhaven Lab's onsite accommodations. Registrations received after the deadline may not receive approval in time to stay onsite. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens Using Onsite Accommodations

Attendees will not be allowed onsite if their Brookhaven Lab appointment is expired!

Non-U.S. citizens who have an active and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.

Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
