On behalf of the NSLS-II and CFN Users' Executive Committees, we are delighted to invite you to participate as a sponsor of the 2025 NSLS-II & CFN Users' Meeting. The meeting will be held April 28–30, 2025 at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY.

Here is what to expect at this year’s meeting:

The program includes invited talks, workshops, a poster session, and exhibits showcasing new technology and instrumentation – all offering ample opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron and nanoscience experimentation. The Users' Meeting is a highly interactive venue and fosters collaborations across the scientific community.

All sponsors will have high visibility throughout the entire meeting, in frequent conference announcements, and on our meeting website. Most importantly, your organization will be supporting our scientific community and furthering synchrotron radiation and nanoscience advancements.

About 500 scientists and professionals from universities, national laboratories, institutes, and industry meet at the user meeting each year. We especially foster participation from graduate and undergraduate students to build the future scientific workforce.

Last year, over 40 Sponsors and Exhibitors participated in the NSLS-II and CFN Users' Meeting.

Sponsorship opportunities include the following and must be confirmed by Sunday, April 13, 2025.

Specific Sponsorships

• Meeting Giveaway ($3500): Meeting giveaway (few options available), with your logo and NSLS-II and CFN logos (or the Users’ Meeting logo) for all attendees, 3 free meeting registrations, and 3 banquet tickets - PLEASE NOTE: This option must be selected by Monday, March 17, 2025 to allow time for ordering the giveaway.
• Platinum Level ($3000): Main meeting lunch; includes name and logo on table signs, mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 2 free meeting registrations, and 2 banquet tickets.
• Gold Level ($2500): Meeting banquet sponsorship; includes name and logo on website, acknowledgement in meeting signage at banquet, 2 free meeting registrations, and 2 free banquet tickets.
• Silver Level ($1750): Main meeting continental breakfast: includes name and logo on table signs, mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 1 free meeting registration, and 1 banquet ticket
• Bronze Level ($1500): Main meeting afternoon break; includes name and logo on table signs and mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 1 free meeting registration, and 1 banquet ticket.
