Sponsor Opportunities

On behalf of the NSLS-II and CFN Users' Executive Committees, we are delighted to invite you to participate as a sponsor of the 2024 NSLS-II & CFN Users' Meeting. The meeting will be held May 13–17, 2024, with three onsite days (13-15) at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY and two remote days (16-17).

Here is what to expect at this year’s meeting:

The program includes invited talks, workshops, a poster session, and exhibits showcasing new technology and instrumentation – all offering opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron and nanoscience experimentation.

All sponsors will have high visibility throughout the meeting, in frequent conference announcements, and on our meeting website. Most importantly, your organization will be supporting our scientific community and furthering synchrotron radiation and nanoscience advancements.

Sponsorship opportunities include the following and must be confirmed by Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Specific Sponsorships (in order of priority)

• Platinum Level ($3000): Main meeting lunch; includes name and logo on table signs, mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 2 free meeting registrations, and 2 banquet tickets.
• Silver Level ($1750): Main meeting continental breakfast: includes name and logo on table signs, mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 1 free meeting registration, and 1 banquet ticket
• Bronze Level ($1500): Main meeting afternoon break; includes name and logo on table signs and mention in Meeting website and on the online program, 1 free meeting registration, and 1 banquet ticket.
• Gold Level ($2000): Meeting banquet sponsorship; includes name and logo on website, acknowledgement in meeting signage at banquet, 2 meeting free registrations, and 2 free banquet tickets.
• Meeting Giveaway ($3500): Meeting giveaway (few options available), with your logo and NSLS-II and CFN logos (or the Users’ Meeting logo) for all attendees, 3 free meeting registrations, and 3 banquet tickets - PLEASE NOTE: This option must be selected by Monday, April 1, 2024 to allow time for ordering the giveaway.
