On behalf of the NSLS-II and CFN Users' Executive Committees, we are delighted to invite you to participate as a sponsor of the 2026 NSLS-II & CFN Users' Meeting. The meeting will be held April 21–23, 2026 (Tuesday-Thursday) at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY.

Here is what to expect at this year’s meeting:

The program includes invited talks, workshops, a poster session, and exhibits showcasing new technology and instrumentation – all offering ample opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron and nanoscience experimentation. The Users' Meeting is a highly interactive venue and fosters collaborations across the scientific community.

All sponsors will have high visibility throughout the entire meeting, in frequent conference announcements, and on our meeting website. Most importantly, your organization will be supporting our scientific community and furthering synchrotron radiation and nanoscience advancements.

About 500 scientists and professionals from universities, national laboratories, institutes, and industry meet at the user meeting each year. We especially foster participation from graduate and undergraduate students to build the future scientific workforce.

Last year, over 40+ Sponsors and Exhibitors participated in the NSLS-II and CFN Users' Meeting.

Don't miss out on this year's opportunities!
