Spectrum Management Program

The purpose of this site is to promote and publicize Spectrum Management, which is a critically important program in the Department of Energy (DOE) and hence Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL).

The Spectrum Management Program manages the licensed use of the electromagnetic spectrum in support of every business line in DOE. Without it, critical DOE mission functions would not be allowed to operate.
