Sooraj Radhakrishnan: for exceptional
contributions and leadership in the measurements and analysis of
open heavy flavor production and flow with the STAR collaboration.
Nihar Sahoo: for pioneering contributions to
the development of direct photon triggering techniques and their
applications to the study of jet quenching in heavy-ion collisions.
Yusuke Sakai: for outstanding achievements and
leadership in the field of inversed Compton scattering at the BNL
Accelerator Test Facility.
Shubash Singha: for his pioneering experimental
and phenomenological research on collectivity and vector meson
global spin alignment and for service to the STAR collaboration.

commissioning of the Heavy Flavor Tracker (HFT) detector of the STAR
