Hello. I'm Brookhaven Lab
Director Doon Gibbs. Brookhaven has a rich history of outstanding
scientific achievement that spans more than six decades. That achievement is directly linked to
the talented and dedicated people we have working here. The unique skills you bring to Brookhaven
are vital for our continued success in this decade and beyond - whether you are a scientist or
someone whose work helps make the science happen.
So, welcome to Brookhaven! You are now part of our team, working together to make exciting scientific discoveries. We work hard and we work safely — that's very important — in a spirit of inclusion and mutual respect. As a new employee, you'll find people whose job it is to help you settle in and understand the many benefits available to you, which range from health to finance and recreation. In turn, we look forward to benefiting from your contributions here and hope to see you — and the Laboratory — reach all of our goals.
