BSA Terms and Conditions

In accordance with our Prime Contract, applicable laws and regulations, and the policies of Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), all of our contracts and purchase orders must incorporate appropriate terms & conditions (T&Cs), which define BSA's and the supplier's rights and obligations. PPM establishes standard sets of T&Cs for specific procurement types, as well as several supplemental sets of T&Cs addressing specific issues.
