Experimental Safety Review (ESR)
The Laboratory has implemented an electronic ESR system which has been adopted by the department. Currently all ESR's have been converted to this system, whether Approved or Draft status.
The Occupational Medicine Clinic Page has a Forms and Procedures Page which include those for medical protocol for static magnetic fields, laser history and eye exam, and others.
