Delta Dental Plans

BSA offers three medical plan options through Delta Dental (PPO, Indemnity and DMO).

EyeMed Vision Care Plan

BSA offers a vision plan that includes routine vision screenings, eyeglasses, contact lenses and more through EyeMed.

Life Insurance Plan

BSA offers a life insurance plan for you and your dependents through Lincoln Financial Group.

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Reimbursement Accounts

(Also called Flexible Spending Accounts - FSAs)

BSA's Medical Plan 4 through Aetna includes an HSA administered by Inspira. BSA also offers four Reimbursement Accounts.

Retirement and 401(k) Plans

BSA's benefit programs include both a Retirement Plan and a 401(k) Plan.

Vacation Buy Plans

The Vacation Buy Plan allows you to purchase additional vacation time on a pre-tax basis and spread the cost of doing so over the calendar year.

Reimbursement Plans

The money you contribute to a Reimbursement Account is exempt from federal taxes, and most state, and social security taxes. Several types of Reimbursement Accounts are available.
