The Photon Sciences Directorate at Brookhaven National Laboratory is searching for an internationally recognized Structural Biologist to take the role of Associate Division Director (ADD) in the Photon Division, Photon Sciences Directorate. The principal responsibility of the new ADD is to work closely with the Chief Life Scientist to lead and manage the effort in the Directorate to develop and conduct state-of-the-art structural biology programs and related scientific research. Duties include developing and operating structural biology beamlines and support laboratories at National Synchrotron Light Source-II (NSLS-II), identifying and directing research and development projects in support of structural biology science, and interfacing with appropriate funding agencies to support the structural biology program at NSLS-II.
