Bruker Vertex 80v Spectrometer w/UHV IRRAS and Powder Transmission Capabilities

This IR spectrometer has optics and a sample compartment under vacuum. The IR beam can be directed out of the instrument into a polarization modulated infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy (PM-IRRAS) chamber where samples can be heated and cooled under UHV and gas conditions. Powder samples can be studied in transmission mode in a second accessory by mounting onto a tungsten mesh. The samples can be heated and cooled to -120 C in UHV and gas conditions. A Harrick Seagull for variable angle IR spectroscopy is also availalbe.
