Asylum Cypher AFM ES VRS is a stable and easy to use high resolution platform for AFM measurements in controlled gas and liquid environments. The instrument supports all major AFM techniques and is equipped with a heating stage to control temperature up to 250°C. Available blueDrive photothermal excitation option makes tapping techniques simpler and more quantitative especially in liquid environments. In VRS configuration the instrument can achieve scanning rates up to 625 lines per second.
