The WiTec alpha300 RA is employed as part of the QPress cataloger and is designed for rapid substrate scanning to efficiently identify material flakes of interest. This high-performance, fully integrated system combines optical microscopy, Raman imaging spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) within a single platform. Installed inside an argon glovebox, the instrument is exclusively used for the analysis of dry samples.
