The optoelectronic probe station (Rucker Kolls and Newport) measures photovoltaic device parameters and external quantum efficiency at room temperature. The system is equipped with a customized probe station, 150W solar spectrum simulator, 300W xenon arc lamp, monochromator, and precision semiconductor parameter analyzer. The system is also equipped with a potentiostat (PAR VersaStat 4) and custom photoelectrochemical cell to support most voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy techniques for photoelectrochemical characterization.
