The WiTec Alpha 300 combination microscope integrates high-resolution Confocal Raman imaging and atomic force microscope for non-destructive nanostructure characterization within the same field of view. Its Confocal Raman system enables Raman spectroscopy from selected spots, chemical mapping on specific surface areas, deeper layers, and cross-sections without sample destruction. Two laser excitation sources (633 nm and 532 nm) for confocal and confocal Raman microscopy. Operation from room temperature to 200°C.
