The AttoCube CFM is a confocal system with a superconducting magnet (X, Y, Z, 5T, 2T, 2T) vectorial (2T max) and optical insert for electrical and optical characterization of nanoscale samples in thin films is in the 300K-1.75K temperature range. This system is equipped with a class 1 630nm laser for optical alignment of the CFM insert and is coupled to the class 4 femtosecond Tsunami/Frequency doubler MKS Spectra Physics laser systems using a 10 meter long single model optical fiber.
