NSRL User Guide

To assist in communication with test devices in the target room, patch panels are made available to users. There are 96 BNC channels, 64 SHV channels, and 18 RJ-45 (cat. 5e) channels. These connections between the target room and control area are intended to ease setup of test equipment and we encourage their use.

In addition to signal ports, we also have electrical outlets providing 120V AC power with isolated ground (orange outlets) or house ground (black/brown/white outlets). Some outlets are capable of remote activation from the control room.
